Earl "Ray" Naugle peacefully passed into the arms of his Lord and Savior on February 11 th . Ray was born at home in Borden, Indiana on December 3 rd , 1937, the 4 th child of Marshall & Osie Naugle. He graduated from Borden High School and attended Southeastern Christian College in Winchester, KY, graduating in 1962 from the Bible Institute. He and Sandra Dickson married in Dallas in August of 1962. He ministered to churches in TX, KY, IN, and LA. He was the Administrator of Maple Manor Christian Home in Sellersburg, IN for 17 years and retired from
there. He preached at Henryville Church of Christ before and after his 17 years at Maple Manor and until his health prevented it. He served on the board of Right to Life of So. IN. and on the
board of ‘Words of Life’ funding Christian Radio programs around the world.
Left to honor his memory are his wife and children Allen Naugle (Heather), Rachel Richardson (Darin), and Sara Noland (Scott). Grandchildren are Caleb (Janie) Richardson, Nichole Yates,
Logan (Stephanie) Richardson, Blake (Alexis) West, Alia (Emily) Frances, Baron (Ashley) West and Axel Naugle (Liam Meadows), and seven great-grandchildren: Guinevere, Adelynne, Liam,
Luke, Joey, Hendrix, and Mazie. His siblings Dale (Carolyn) Naugle, Doris (Bob) Ross, and Bruce Naugle cherish his memory. In addition, a multitude of other family and friends who loved
and appreciated Ray fondly recall their times with him.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Friday, February 20, 2026 and on Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 11:00 A.M. until the 2:00 P.M. service
at the Garr Funeral Home (7806 Highway 311, Sellersburg, Indiana 47172), with burial to follow in the Sellersburg Cemetery.
